Learn the skills to dance like a Pro and turn heads on the dance floor! In this bootcamp style 3 hour workshop Salsa Champion Charlene Rose, and Ballroom Champion Jared Marquez will teach you the following:
Salsa Partnering
You will learn Technique & Style LIKE YOU’VE NEVER SEEN! Charlene & Jared will lead you through a simple, yet flashy and stylized partnering combo that will stand out on the dance floor, and also be a lot of fun for both the Ladies and Guys! Focus will be place on hand and arm placement, styling within spins, cross body lead styling, styling in gentlemen’s break, leg styling using sweeps, scoops, and kicks, and footwork during partnering.
Bachata Partnering
Bachata is the latest craze, so you don’t want to be left out in the cold when the next bachata song comes on! Jared & Charlene will teach you a sexy and innovative pattern that will turn heads and make you look like a million bucks! Concentration will be put on technique, timing/rhythm, styling, Dominican style footwork, hold variations, and creating fluidity within the dance.

I wanted to let you know how happy I am that I joined the Women’s Styling Performance team for The Charlene Rose Dance Company. I recently performed at the Salsa Extravaganza in Palm Springs; it was exciting and challenging, I loved it! Another interesting point occurred to me.
